THE MENU:

Prawn in kataifi pasta on oriental sauce

Codfish mantecato, caramelised tropea onion and polenta

Fried octopus with panko bread on Japanese mayonnaise

 

Steamed lobster Catalana

 

Risotto with red prawns, smoked scallop, beluga caviar and pistachio powder

Handmade tortellone with spider crab and clam broth, Romanesco broccoli and cherry tomato confit

 

Fillet of redfish in acqua pazza with cardamom tomato ice cream

 

Persimmon mousse on almond shortbread, chestnut mousse and marron glace' crumbs

€ 195 per person, wines included until the midnight toast.

Tables during dinner will be shared with other guests. The event will take place from 8 p.m. until 2 a.m.
